We are a Peer Support Group. We are NOT professional counselors, therapists, or mental health workers.

The group provides ongoing support, resources, and education in a confidential, safe, and accepting environment.

We are not a substitute for therapy. We believe that a balanced approach to coping with a mood disorder includes many techniques such as therapy, a healthy lifestyle, and a strong support system
